Encompasses school projects, sports arenas, shopping centers, hospitals, stadiums and retail stores.  Institutional and commercial building involves both putting up of new structures and repair and maintenance of existing structures.

The third type of construction if specialized industrial construction which entails building structures that require a high level of specialization as well as technical skills in planning, construction and design.

The last type of construction is infrastructure and heavy construction which encompasses upgrading of railways and roads of a city or existing building construction.

We specialize in the low voltage and medium voltage cable works by doing heat shrink joints and terminations under planned and breakdown conditions.

For planned projects, we have the knowledge of reading the approved plans and wiring of distribution boards, lighting, plugs and circuits, and issuing the certificate of compliance (COC) after a successful installation.

• Electrical Infrastructure Development (Rural and Urban)

We do underground or overhead line infrastructure which is normally referred to as "electrification" for urban and rural environments.  We install electric fencing at any home, building fence, parameter fence for solar/wind farms, etc.

• Streetlights Installations And Maintenance

Our company does streetlight maintenance as well as new installations, including the energy saving light fittings in for form of LED's.  We also ensure a balance load combination at kiosk level, and ensure that automation of lights are limited to the evenings only by installing he correct "day-night" switches.
